• 經接受之論文，至少須有一位作者完成報名註冊程序並出席研討會以中文或英文發表論文，發表須知及議程將另行通知。國內學者以實體發表論文為主，國外學者可選擇以實體或線上發表論文。

Accepted papers must have at least one author complete the registration process and attend the conference to present the paper in either Chinese or English. Details about the presentation requirements and the schedule will be provided separately. Scholars based domestically primarily deliver their presentations in person, whereas international scholars can present their papers either in person or via online meeting.

• 請依照論文接受函 Email 中提供之資訊於 2024/06/12 (三) 前完成線上報名註冊及繳費，以確保論文能被排入研討會議程。

（※非中原大學投稿者可於研討會當日於報到處繳費，但仍須先至報名系統完成報名註冊。）

Please complete the online registration and payment by June 12, 2024 (Wed) based on the information provided in the acceptance letter email to ensure that your paper can be included in the conference program. 

(※Non-CYCU authors can pay on-site during conference registration but registration through the online system is a must.)

• 報名註冊費包含大會手冊、名牌、研討會參與（開閉幕典禮/大會專題演講/論文發表場次）、茶敘餐點、發表或參與證明，及論文摘要集電子檔。

The registration fee includes the conference brochure, name tag, participation in the conference (opening/closing ceremonies, keynote speeches, paper presentation sessions), refreshments, certificate of presentation or participation, and the conference proceedings (PDF).

• 本研討會只接受以「現場繳費」方式繳交報名註冊費，繳費完成後恕不受理退費，如有不便之處，敬請見諒。繳費完成者，繳費證明請務必妥善保留，並至報名系統填寫報名資訊，以提供主辦單位核對。

現場繳費請至中原大學商學院一樓企業社會責任研究中心繳費，開放繳費時間：每週一至週五 10:00-16:00。

The conference only accepts on-site payment for registration fees. Once payment is made, refunds will not be issued. Authors who have completed the payment are required to retain the proof of payment, fill out the information on the registration system, and provide it for verification by the organizers.

On-site payment can be made at the Corporate Social Responsibility Research Center on the first floor of the College of Business at Chung Yuan Christian University. The center's opening hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
